Colordori operates an online marketplace that connects sellers and buyers of creative products, digital designs, and handmade goods (“Services”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use our Services. By using Colordori, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Colordori reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Marketplace Function
Colordori acts as a neutral platform that allows independent sellers to list and sell products to buyers. We do not own, inspect, or directly handle the products. The contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller. Colordori is not a party to these contracts.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
- Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.
- Ship products in a timely manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and tax laws.
- Colordori may remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Review item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Provide accurate shipping information.
- Refrain from fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By using our Services, you agree to comply with their terms. Colordori is not responsible for payment disputes, errors, or unauthorized transactions.
7. Fees
Colordori may charge service or transaction fees to sellers, as outlined in the Seller Dashboard or relevant policy pages. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Colordori, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by Colordori or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of their own original listings and grant Colordori a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display such content on the platform.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Upload misleading or infringing content.
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security.
- Attempt to collect personal data from other users.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colordori shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Colordori provides the Services “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
