Payment Terms

These Payment Terms (“Terms”) govern all transactions made through Colordori.com (“Colordori”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By making a purchase or receiving payment through our platform, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Colordori currently accepts payments only via:
- Visa
- Mastercard
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors that comply with the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) standards. We do not accept cash, checks, cryptocurrency, or other payment methods at this time.
2. 3-D Secure (3DS) Authentication
For all Visa and Mastercard payments, 3-D Secure (3DS) authentication is mandatory. This additional security layer helps verify the cardholder’s identity and protects against fraud. During checkout, you may be prompted by your bank to complete 3DS verification, which could involve:
- A one-time code sent via SMS or app.
- Biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition).
- A password or PIN.
If authentication fails or is declined, the transaction cannot be completed.
3. Payment Authorization and Settlement
- Your card will be authorized at checkout.
- Funds are captured once the order is confirmed by the seller.
- You will receive an electronic receipt via email after successful payment.
- Sellers are responsible for fulfilling the order upon confirmation of payment.
4. Currency
All payments are processed in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified on the product listing or checkout page. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is issued in another currency.
5. Fees
Buyers will see the total amount at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes, fees, and shipping (if any). Sellers may be charged transaction or service fees as outlined in the seller dashboard or in a separate seller agreement.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are issued in accordance with:
- Seller’s individual return policy
- Applicable consumer protection laws
Refunds can only be processed to the original Visa or Mastercard used for the purchase. Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
7. Fraud Prevention and SCA Compliance
To comply with PSD2 and SCA, Colordori and its payment partners may:
- Verify user identity before processing payments.
- Automatically block suspicious or high-risk transactions.
- Require additional verification (3DS challenge) for certain payments.
If a transaction is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent, Colordori reserves the right to cancel or hold the order until verification is completed.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
In case of disputes or unauthorized transactions:
- Contact support@colordori.com immediately.
- You may also contact your bank or card issuer to initiate a chargeback under Visa or Mastercard’s rules.
- Please note that repeated chargebacks or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension.
9. Payment Data Security
All payment data is handled by certified third-party processors in compliance with:
- PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
- PSD2 and SCA regulations
Colordori does not store full card details or CVV codes on its servers.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Payment Terms periodically to reflect changes in regulations, technology, or our payment providers. The “Effective Date” above will indicate the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
